REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in defining new services framework to launch a portfolio of services in a global organization. “Services platform” will serve as an enabler to allow regional operating companies to launch new services in an accelerated manner.
• Must have delivered a service from start to production.
• Must have defined services framework (backend) and customer facing self-service portal requirements.
• Minimum of 7+ years industry experience in product engineering or product management roles
• 3+ years of software product management experience in cloud based Software-as-a service area addressing SMB customer space.Saas experience with backup/recovery and Disaster Recovery as a Service (DRaaS) would be preferred.
• Computer Science or Engineering degree or work experiences a strong plus.
• Knowledge of AWS services and virtualization technology a plus
• This position requires travel to customer and non-customer sites.
