ROLE:Project Coordinator
LOCATION:BAY AREA,CA
DURATION:6 MONTHS
Job Description.
- Candidate will work with project teams to
maintain project timelines through communication and coordination
- Candidate will provide basic
support for internal Project Life Cycle application,
including training and documentation.
- Candidate will maintain online web
portal with training documentation, videos, and team information
- Candidate will evaluate and
assign Production Support tickets to internal team
members, track status and update manager appropriately
- Candidate will generate
productivity matrix using MS Excel features
such as pivot tables and charts
- Candidate will publish a
monthly team newsletter
- Candidate must have web development
experience using HTML
