1. Senior .Net Developer
a) Role
Description: The individuals in these roles perform difficult and
specialized professional work in all areas of mainframe, client/server
and/or Internet application development.
The work is
non-routine in that general policies or procedures must be adapted or
applied and new methods must be devised to meet frequently changing or new
situations.
Typically, the
objectives to be achieved are set forth and the results produced are
expected to operate within the framework of established policies
and procedures.
These individuals work
under indirect supervision in the performance of the majority of duties;
decisions made are required to be in accordance with general instructions,
established methods and clearly defined precedents, with unusual problems
referred to higher-level professionals.
The individuals in
these roles will be in frequent personal contact with individuals outside
the immediate work environment and execute difficult planning and/or
scheduling activities to accomplish goals and objectives, which may
include coordinating the work of other Information
Technology professionals.
