Description:	IMPORTANT NOTE FROM THE HM capacity to shift from head-down to head-up, actual experience in taking difficult design decisions, capacity to hold a constructive conversation to reach consensus (or enforce a decision), personal stature. Will be responsible for design, implement, and optimize a SAP CRM / BW 7.4 solution for the CRM domain, that is mission-critical and used across the glove by thousands of users. He will be co-owner of this solution together with a Functional Solution Owner and will report to the Core Reporting lead. The main mission is to understand the requirements coming from the new country deployments or improvement requests, and propose the best solution to solve them with the Global template, or with country-specific developments He will be the reference person guiding the BW-CRM developers, and will also be asked to contribute to the strategic evolution of the Core template, and to provide guidance to the Regional BW expertise centers. He might also be asked to lead specific projects. Responsibilities include: • Owner of the Business reporting and Intelligence solution for CRM and strategy from a technical perspective • Modeling data. • Hands-on building of components, dataflows, reports, optimizations, diagnostics. • Work consistently to refine and optimize the design of the BW solution, to make sure that it scales up in all regions. • Responsible for the technical quality of the solution, supervise the developments, perform code reviews. • Provide the ultimate contact person for support, assist Regional Centers in critical incidents diagnostic. • Oversee technically the constant workstream of change requests, and new projects (which range from 5 to 30 days) • Guide, mentor the developer team. • Researches new reporting process enhancements and technologies to determine fit with the firm’s architecture Qualifications: • Excellent knowledge of BW: seven plus (7+) years IT experience in designing and delivering complex SAP BW/BI enterprise solutions for global organizations. Strong modeling skills. Excellent understanding of BW data structures, underlying performance factors, ideally validated by having worked on solution support. • Masters the SAP-CRM data model. Preferred: worked on CRM implementation. • Strong knowledge of multi system landscape architecture and integration aspects between heterogeneous system technologies (Global focus desired). Worked in complex landscapes, familiar with the key drivers of software quality (delivery planning, transports, versions management). • Demonstrable experience as primary technico-functional domain leader on successful large SAP projects with the ability to manage resources and multiple priorities levels. • Excellent communication skills: at technical level with team, at conceptual level with subject experts. Collaborative attitude. • Graduate degree from an accredited college/university • Good experience with the Web Application Designer (WAD) or Business Objects tools. Up-to-date ABAP skills. • Experience working in Professional Services preferred.
