SAP CRM Service Functional Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
:
5-8 Years of experience in SAP CRM/ECC with a minimum of 2/3 end to end service implementations in SAP CRM and At least  1 of them in CRM 7.0.  
Necessary Skills
:
  • Must have worked as a Lead consultant in large engagements with multiple interfaces
  • Should have been actively involved in Requirement gathering,  blueprinting & solutioning
  • Should have worked on SAP CRM Case Management  
  • Good Communications skills
Desired Skills

  • Case Management Integration with Knowledge Management
Roles & Responsibilities
:
  • Functional Lead
  • Plan and assign tasks to team members and monitor  
  • Customer interactions
  • Hands on configuration, preparation of FS, review of FS
  • Guide and help the  team

  • Able to plan/track tasks/activities
