SAP CRM Techno-functional  - Interaction Center (IVR/CTI specialist)
Relevant Experience (Yrs)
:
4-6 years SAP CRM Techno-Functional specialist with Experience in setting up CRM middleware and integration with CTI, Portal and other third party. 1 CTI implementation experience in CRM 7.0/2007.
Necessary Skills
:
  • Must have worked as a Lead consultant in large engagements with multiple interfaces
  • Should have been actively involved in Requirement gathering,  blueprinting & solutioning
  • Should have worked in at least 1 ECC implementations
  • Good Communications skills
  • CTI integration with CRM ( Web Services and Adaptor based Integration )
  • Screen Pop functionality and Call Routing Rules Implementation

Desired Skills

 Good Knowledge of  sales service & marketing integration in IC
Roles & Responsibilities
:
  • Plan and assign tasks to team members and monitor  
  • Customer interactions
  • Hands on configuration, preparation of FS, review of FS
  • Technical Review of CTI Solution

:
  • Able to plan/track tasks/activities
  • Report progress/challenges to Project Manager
