Job Title : SAP Basis Lead
Relevant Experience (Yrs) : Overall 7+ years in SAP Basis Implementation with at least 1 Retail implementation
Technical/Functional Skills :
1. Must have hands-on experience in SAP basis administration and SAP package installation.
2. Must have experience in upgrade, applying Support Packages, Enhancement Pack (EHP) installation add-on software components, and maintaining SAP profile parameters.
3. Must be well versed in workload analysis, system error analysis, and performance tuning and establishing standard Basis background jobs and system health checks & monitors.
4. Strong technical skills in Unix (AIX, HP-UX) and ORACLE Database
5. Expertise in handling application related issues at the OS level in Unix (AIX, HP-UX)
6. Hardware Platforms: HP, SUN, IBM, Microsoft
IT Experience : 7+ years of IT Experience
Roles & Responsibilities : Provide technical and analytical guidance to customer’ department staff members and recommend and/or takes action to direct the analysis and solutions to problems
Generic Managerial Skills : Nice to Have
Education : Graduate
