Experience Required | : | *3 to 5 Years of experience required in Software modeling techniques. * Effective interpersonal and communication skills. * Excellent Communication Skills * Good knowledge in Service Oriented Architecture, Service Component Architecture, Business Process Modeling (nice to have) and Complex Event Processing (nice to have). |
Roles & Responsibilities | : | • Lead discussions to understand requirements for new or modified services. • Work with service consumers and providers to identify and define/change services to meet project requirements and service guidelines and standards (i.e. service governance) • Work with service consumers and providers to ensure service definitions will allow for maximum reuse across channels. • Responsible for the management of service lifecycle assets. • Responsible for the delivery of service assets and management of other supporting assets (eg: mapping docs and copybooks) to facilitate service development and deployment. • Work with all involved parties to resolve any issues related to the governed assets. • Provide training workshops for new players in the service space to help them come up the curve in their roles (i.e. either consumer or provider) to have a better understanding of the service definition and governance process |
