ECSI-1376 Project Manager

Job Title	:	Project Manager
Relevant Experience (Yrs)	:	6 to 9 years of experience including strong Projects / Program handling expertise.
Technical/Functional Skills	:	Project Management, Coordination of deliverables between different teams doing System Analysis, Business Requirements Gathering and Analysis. Adept in using MS Project and Agile Methodology. Exposure to any requirements modeling tool is preferred Experience in Infra background (Data Center Migration, TIBCO/ WAS stack) is preferred. Exposure to UML modeling, Java/J2EE, TIBCO is a plus.
Experience Required	:	·         Expert in working in all software development phases, preferably following OOAD methodology. ·         Expert in following AGILE development methodology ·         Strong analytical skills, one who can synergize well between business and system needs  ·         Should be able to help give inputs for managing risks and mitigation plans. ·         Should be able to interact and report to senior managers and leadership teams
