Long Term
Client is seeking an
experienced Salesforce developer to lead the development, integration and
maintenance of Force.com applications.
Responsibilities
Be a hands-on technical
leader for all the products – ranging from HR (recruiting, compensation, etc)
to Infrastructure (asset management, hardware repair process, etc).
Provide leadership to the
team by being deeply involved in development, code review, configuration and
testing.
Mentor the members of the
team to become better developers and build a high performance team.
Work with the various
program managers, in understanding the needs of the businesses and defining
product enhancements.
Be responsible for
delivering the products with quality and on-time.
Requirements
3 years of design,
configuration, customization and development experience with Force.com
5 years of experience
developing and designing web applications
Bachelor's in Computer
Science, any engineering field, or closely related field, or foreign
equivalent.
Minimum of 3 years of
experience in managing and leading a team of Force.com developers.
Strong knowledge of
Salesforce/Force.com API and toolkits for integration.
Advanced Object Oriented
Design and Development skills.
Passion for programming in
general, and demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies.
Experience with ticketing
applications is a plus.
