Tier1 / Tier2 Support for SAP Security Systems Compliance and Concepts, Active Directory management.
Need SAP Security System Management, Enterprise Security Consulting, Active Directory Management. Strong background in SAP security compliance background with Active Directory experience from Infrastructure Support background.
· Work on SAP access requests from ServiceNow Security administration queue.
· Determine which specific transaction(s) are needed. Most of the time this is provided but there are times when the user is not sure which tcode is needed and will instead provide a reference user that has this access. In those cases we’ll need this resource to be able to determine, based on the reference user, which tcode is needed.
· Work with role approvers to determine if access can be granted
· Run security simulation to determine if risk exists (GRZ)
· Finally, perform the necessary steps to grant access to transaction.
