Role: 
• As a Project Manager within the Global PMO, you will be expected to manage the delivery of multiple, concurrent IT projects to a predominantly ITS Global audience. 
• Project Managers are expected to ensure that their projects produce the required outputs, to the required standard of quality and the within the specified constraints of time and cost. 
• Project Managers will be expected to follow the in-house project lifecycle from inception to completion using standard project lifecycle practices and artefacts. You will be responsible for ensuring key project components are in place, such as; setting up an appropriate project organisation; a clear statement of requirements and benefit; planning and scheduling project activities; controlling the execution of project plans; managing risk and quality; effort estimation,and change control. 
• Project Managers will often find themselves delivering projects within a program and as such will be accountable to the Program Manager/Director responsible for that program of work. You may also find yourself delivering projects that require interaction with Global, Regional and Member Firm counterparts that may require you to travel. 

Responsibilities: 
• Manage the delivery of project products as defined by the CLIENT’S project methodology and operational processes; 
• Direct and motivate the Project Team; 
• Plan and monitor the project with regards time, cost and resources when delivering the required outputs; 
• Agree roles and responsibilities around the project including the formation of a Project Board; 
• Prepare Project, Stage and, if necessary Exception Plans in conjunction with Project Team and agree them with the Project Board, program management and PMO; 
• Manage business and project risks and issues, including the development of contingency plans; 
• Liaise with Program Manager/Director where the project is part of a program; 
• Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources, and initiate corrective action where necessary; 
• Be responsible for Scope management and change control; 
• Report to the Project Board through Status Reports and Stage Assessments; 
• Agree technical, quality and communication strategies with the Project Board; 
• Prepare Lessons Learned Reports and include learning’s within subsequent project stages; 
• Identify and obtain any support and/or advice required for the management, planning and control of the project and coordination of that activity across various internal teams.

Note:Payment terms - Monthly Net 45 Days
