Description:
Work with the product management team to analyze and refine functional specifications and with quality engineering and operations teams to ship robust solutions. Design and code for salesforce.com. Participate in requirements discussions and solution presentation to various levels of management. Provide deployment and post production problem analysis and support efforts during and after all project implementations. Document code and system designs. Collaborate closely with architects and other application engineers to deliver projects meeting quality and budget constraints.
Mandatory Skills:
High level expertise in Salesforce.com architecture, design and development.
Hands-on experience with the Salesforce.com CRM solution

Strong knowledge and skills in:
Apex, JavaScript, SOQL, Web Services (SOAP or REST)
Demonstrated experience in Force.com developer toolkit
Apex, Visualforce, Force.com IDE, Web Services/SOA & Metadata APIs.
Experience with structured software development methodologies/processes, change management, release management.
Be proactive and work under limited supervision.
Desired Skills:
Salesforce.com Dev 501 Certification will be a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience.
Capacity for analytical thinking and rapid, creative problem solving in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, strong attention to detail.
