Role:Survey Authoring Analyst
Summary :We are looking for an experienced person to be part of our Market Research and Data Sciences team.
The candidate need to have strong experience in authoring, designing consumer centric products related online surveys using any of the major survey tools. The candidate should have experience in deciding the strategy of the survey business by interacting with multiple stakeholders and business owners.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
• 9 + years of industry experience designing, implementing, and shipping customer solutions
• 4 + years of program management experience in market research domain.
• 3+ years of experience in building, designing market research surveys for different products or services.
• 2+ Years of Experience authoring and building surveys using standard survey tools like SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics, QuestionPro, LimeSurvey, Zoomerang
• 2+ Years of experience in deciding the strategy of survey publishing and identifying areas of
• Expertise in Excel - should be able to present the data in accurate way using charts, graphs, complex Excel functions.
• 1+ year of experience creating powerpoint presentations with interactive charts and graphs.
• Excellent ability to work in a team environment, positive attitude, and an ability to have Impact and Influence
• Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Desirable Technical Skills
• Data Analytics skills to analyze the data.
• Experience in writing SQL scripts and pulling data.
• Experience of Powerpivot and excel based reporting skills
Mandatory Functional Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule
• Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
• Experience working across multiple groups and teams
• Heavy customer facing experience. Should be able to work in agile manner with the customer - understand the business requirements and convert them in technical requirements and implement the same.
Desirable Functional Skills
• Previous experience working with Microsoft.
• Experience designing multi-lingual surveys.
• Previous experience working in OSD or IEB divisions
• Passion to drive improvement in the overall customer experience
• Customer focused / user empathy skills
• Experience working within a geographically-dispersed team
• Experience working on Online Services
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Experience working across multiple groups and teams
• Be self-critical and have an accountable work approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes an aggressive release schedule
• Experience working with many language versions
• A BS degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
