Skill
sets
o
Has
6-8 years of Windows .NET and MS SQL database programming experience.
o
Experience
in application troubleshooting on Windows Platform
o
Experience
in Installation, configuration, upgrades and maintenance of SQL Server
o
Excellent
backend skills in creating SQL objects like Tables, Stored Procedures, Views,
Indexes, Triggers, Rules, Defaults, user defined data types and functions.
o
Experience
in query optimization & performance tuning.
o
Experience
in Replication – Snapshot, Merge and Transactional.
o
Experience
in Data Modeling (Logical and Physical Design of Databases.
o
Fair
knowledge of Oracle database backend activities
Attributes
o
Has
very strong background in a disciplined software development life cycle (SDLC)
process and has excellent analytical, programming and problem solving
skills.
o
Possess
support experience, ability to independently handle issues, timely resolution
and ownership
o
Excellent
Teamwork and Communication
o
Consistently
delivers expected results/deliverables on scheduled target dates.
o
Requires
little to moderate supervision to accomplish defined goals and objectives.
