This position is
to replace someone going out on maternity leave. This person is going out just prior to
Christmas and they would like an overlap period.
Requirements:
- Must
have experience managing the post-implementation phase (ie, Ops Support)
of an HCM application.
- Must
understand the best practices of production support
- Must
understand how to manage to tight SLA’s and operational metrics
- Must
have experience building an HCM (HRIT) support
organization
- Must
have experience with HCM apps like Workday, Jobvite, Peoplesoft, others
