JOB DESCRIPTION
Our Engineering team is looking for an experienced Senior
Scala Developer to join a dynamic team building a next generation framework
Responsibilities :
·
You will be involved in developing complex
distributed systems and designing innovative solutions
·
Work on performance, scaling and resiliency of
distributed systems and deliver high quality products in a fast paced
environments.
·
Technologies
you will be using: Scala,
AWS, Akka, NoSQL technologies (such as Cassandra and Elastic Search)
·
Requirements
·
BS or MS Building web properties to scale 3 years
development experience with Scala.
·
3 years of experience developing and deploying web services/web apps
Experience with Frameworks like Akka, Spray, Play etc highly desired.
·
Strong foundation in data structures, distributed
cross-platform applications and functional programming
·
Ability to create clean/simple design, write
quality code with appropriate unit tests, aid test engineers to write the
adequate functional, compatibility and regression suite of tests, clearly
document the APIs/code.
·
Work in a fast pace environment with minimal set
of requirements.
