Must Have Skills:
• 2+ years formal solution architecture
design and implementation experience.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in
Middleware technologies & Integration Platforms (EAI/SOA/ESB/BPM)
• Must have an understanding of
SOA/EAI/ESB/BPM concepts, Event Driven Architecture, J2EE design patterns,
frameworks and enterprise integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with open source BPM
and integration platforms ( i.e. Mule ESB, Talend ESB, Apache Service Mix,
JBoss Fuse ESB, JBPM, Activiti, Drools, etc. . .)
• Must have strong experience with
Messaging (JMS, MQ etc) and Message Oriented Middleware.
• Must have strong experience with
XML/XSL/XSLT/XSD, JAXDB, SOAP, WSDL, AXIS2, HTTP, and REST.
• 5+ years overall IT experience involving:
Agile Methodologies Object Oriented Analysis and Design Design Patterns.
• Must have excellent communication skills
written as well as verbal; must be able to articulate the value proposition of
solution/services to senior teams from client/prospect.
• Must be able to facilitate large working
groups and translate business requirements into technical requirements and
solutions by planning, developing and refining to-be architecture.
• Must have ability to estimate development
effort.
• Must be detail oriented and have the
ability to multi-task.
• Prefer some experience in database schema
design and development.
• Prefer some experience in design and
development of event processing based applications.
