JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLE: SAP CRM Functional Consultant
Location: Seattle, WA
Duration: 6+ Months

  RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Ensure a high level of responsiveness by evaluating and appropriately responding to customer reported problems to determine the affected business service, and identify who needs to be involved for problem resolution.
* Perform regular system data maintenance tasks as assigned.
* Monitor alerts and events reported by systems and execute established recovery procedures.
* Lead or participate in requirement sessions by defining and writing specifications, including: configuration, custom programs and reports .
* Support the development team members during detailed design & coding phase
* Work with Quality Assurance team members to conduct functional testing of implemented applications
* Provide support of SAP applications when moved to production.
* Map existing legacy processes into SAP processes.
* Configuration of the SAP CRM systems in production and non-production.
* Create and maintain business process and technical documentation.
* Develop and maintain partnerships with IS Service Desk and other IS teams to ensure quality service and support.
* Adhere to security management practices, as well as promote established security standards.  

Required skills and abilities:
* 2-3 years experience configuring SAP in a professional environment on SAP CRM 7.0
* Strong knowledge of related business and implementation processes in SAP Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
*Thorough knowledge and experience with the SAP CRM Member and Loyalty modules
* Experience with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation project
* Strong understanding of integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
* Demonstrate a high level of communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to effectively mentor less experienced team members on SAP CRM best practices
* Experience in successful project implementation and follow-up.
* Strong conceptual, analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting and resolution skills
* Ability to monitor and manage the progress of tasks.
