§ Service Management Specialist (4 to 6 years),
§ ITSM Application Experience is a must – (BMC Remedy, Service
Now, Siebel)
§ Experience in Stake holder management – Conduct & monitor
meetings
§ Effective Presentation skills – Speaking and writing
§ Reports and Documentation - Expert in Excel, Microsoft Office
Suites, and help in preparing/updating project deliverable documents
§ IT Project experience is required and should be flexible to
