Consultant
Job Location: Auburn Hills,
MI
Duration: 8 Months
Required Experience: 8 - 10 years
Required Skills:
• Must have PeopleSoft HRMS 9.x experience.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM
modules , HRMS 9.x.
• Functional knowledge in PeopleSoft HCM including
Core
HR, Workforce Administration, Person Model, Recruitment, Self Service Modules
and eModules (eProfile, eBenefits
and eCompensation), Talent Acquisition Manager/Recruiting, Candidate Gateway
Benefits.
• Must have Knowledge on
Benefit
configuration on Eligibility rules,
Event rules, Benefit Plans, Benefit Rates, Calculation rules, coverage formula
and Benefit Program Compensation.
• Self Service (Employee
Self Service & Manager Self Service)
• Exhaustive
understanding of HR business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage FIT / GAP analysis.
• Manage CRP sessions.
• Manage functional
consultant tasks to upgrade project.
• Coordinate with
vendors for interface testing.
• Coordinate with client
business / SME associates for decisions and solution evaluations.
