Job Description:

Role: Sr CRM Functional Consultant

Job Location: Morrisville, NC

Duration: 6 Months

Required Experience: 10 years

Must-Have Skills:

• Functional knowledge on Depot Repair, Install Base.

• Good Understanding of Oracle AOL.

• Oracle Workflow.

• RMA Process understanding.

• Strong communication skills.  

Good-to-Have:

• Knowledge on Base on Oracle Order Management Modules Supply chain , Purchasing modules.

• XML Publisher.

• OA Framework.

• Oracle Discoverer. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be familiar with initiating discussion with Business Group on requirement gathering and workshop sessions.

• Build Functional Design documents.

• Maintain OUM documentation.

• Execute test cases for testing the customized component developed.

• Oracle APPS architecture & having brief Technical knowledge on Modules and the Oracle Database table mapping.

• Conduct User Trainings & CRPs.
