	SAP Mobility Lead
Description:	Responsibilities: • Operationally support the mobility solution delivered and live in multiple regional geographies. • Understand and identify business processes and opportunities that would be enhanced or enabled via mobile devices • Maintain and augment the current mobile strategy, which ultimately leads to the creation and ownership of a mobile product roadmap, including release management. • Collaborate with business owners to understand business needs and requirements. • Manage relationship with the Vendor and understand the process to request and seek vendor guidance to support and maintain the solution. • Prepare and own a troubleshooting guide and identify and isolate production issues in a methodical step-by-step process. • Collaborate with internal technical organizations including Global Architecture and to understand client stringent technology and security requirements • Own large mobile scale projects throughout the entire product lifecycle; including post-launch follow-ups regarding metrics and areas for improvement • Partner with business and development teams to iterate through wireframes to convey specifications and interaction models that best suit user needs, then work with development and UX designers to create a compelling mobile visual experience • Break long-term goals and projects into short-term wins that allow us to quickly provide value to the business • Negotiate scope and proactively address problems • User Acceptance testing of all enhancements and change requests before they launch • Maintain close relationships with technology to ensure that all requirements are clearly understood; adjusting details/scope as necessary Requirements: • Client is based on SAP. Knowledge of SAP and having experience with mobile SAP apps is crucial. • Knowledge of SKY Technologies/Kony mobility platform, MEAPs, TMG and SKY Gateway is high desirable. • Good understand of end-to-end integration of mobility solution including integration with SAP, integration at network level and security prerequisites. • Extensive knowledge of the mobility space including current trends and technologies • This person will need to be proficient at adapting to and working with a variety of personality types, and have the ability to form and maintain positive working relationships. The ability to work well with both key individuals and groups within client is a key component to success in this role • Dynamic leadership, strong people-management skills and excellent cross- functional communication abilities. • Extensive experience working and collaborating with both business and technical (development) teams • Outstanding organization, presentation and communication skills • Minimum of five years experience with mobile products including mobile strategy and mobile technology implementation. • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in technology or related field
