Description:
50% HDC DC Migrations PM + 50% HR Talent Management PM 
Additional Skills:
Experience in HR Applications and HR business process & DC migrations a plus
Must Have:
•         Collaborate with Business PM to align IT and business timelines.
•         Coordinate functional groups' responsibilities and deliverables with respect to business process and system initiatives.
•         Work with business analysts and the PMO to identify deliverables, milestones, action items, risks on projects and programs.
•         Obtain approval for project lifecycle phase gates and deliverables.
•         Track, develop and create release calendar for project implementation.
•         Track each project schedule and create a project plan with input from the cross-functional team.
•         Schedule, attend and record meetings notes, actions, issues, and status.
•         Update website with all information related to the project status.
•         Assist with developing and creating corporate communications plans and business readiness plans for affected customers and stakeholders; ensure communications plans and business readiness plans are created and executed for IT, vendor, and business stakeholders.
•         Assist business PM and Business Relationship Manager in steering committee preparation and communications.
•         Manage projects in compliance with the NetApp Project Development Lifecycle and associated deliverables to ensure the integrity and quality of project artifacts.
•         Strong oral and written communication skills.
•         Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
•         Ability to conduct user workshops, define requirements, estimate, assess and plan projects, write use and business cases, and design workflow processes.
•         Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle; Agile methodologies a plus.
•         Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project management applications.
•         Strong user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Project and Visio.
•         Creative approach to problem solving.
Enterprise level Business Application experience
Nice to have:
PMP or other certification
PMO exposure
Change Management experience
Infrastructure PM experience
