Role : Senior Systems Engineer II
Location: Chevy Chase, MD
Duration : 6 Months+

Required Skills

VoIP Call Manager/Contact Center Knowledge,

Telecommunications
back-ground preferably with VoIP experience,
·
eQuality
Recording software experience a plus.
Core Responsibilities:
·
Design,
development, implementation and maintenance of VoIP telephony initiatives for
Client's contact centers and back office
·
Experience
with VoIP deployments, including understanding the entire call flow for an
enterprise and
·
appreciates
"big picture" when designing scripting solutions
·
Provide
technical leadership and relevant strategic direction
·
Interface
with business customer and peer IT teams to develop & analyze requirements
and solution/system delivery
·
Develop
process and procedures for implementation and operational support of
systems
·
Project
management & oversight; perform risk evaluation, issue management,
etc.
·
24x7
production support & technical support to team and customers
Required Qualifications:
·
Hands
on scripting experience Cisco tool set including UCCE, Call Manger and
CVP
·
Hands
on knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE, Unified
Communications Manager (UCM) )
·
Understanding
& experience in implementing, operating, configuring, and troubleshooting a
converged IP networks
·
Understanding
of SDLC and CMMI concepts & Software Development Life Cycle
experience
·
Proven
experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system
issues
·
Proficient
in MS Office product set: MS Word, Excel, power point, Visio, Project
·
Proven
Project Management experience working on large complicated plan items
·
Understanding
of Client's regional call centers high level business processes a plus:
·
Understanding
of client/server & database/reporting applications, architecture and
design
·
Project
management skills to lead multiple projects across diverse organizations;
collaboration with peer IT teams
·
Experience
troubleshooting data networks, solid understanding of networking protocols and
LAN/WAN technologies.
·
Experience
in systems and business analysis
·
Experience
finding solutions for complicated problems using data analysis techniques
