Role : Application Support Analyst III
Location: Chevy Chase, MD
Duration : 6 Months +
Experience : 7+ Yrs

Implement VoIP IPT Capability

Required Skills:

-Microsoft Access Database development experience, 
-Cisco’s VoIP Call Manager/Contact Center Knowledge, 
-Telecommunications back-ground preferably with VoIP experience

Core Responsibilities:

- Design, development, implementation and maintenance of VoIP telephony initiatives for Clients contact centers and back office

- Develop an understanding of Client's VoIP deployments, including understanding the entire call flow for an enterprise and 
appreciate the big picture when designing call routing solutions

- Interface with business customer and peer IT teams to develop & analyze requirements and solution/system delivery

- Creating test cases, conducting all phases of release testing, submitting JIRA requests for system issues, 
trouble shooting and submitting change control requests for system updates

- Testing a variety of presentation layers, including web-based application testing, along with back-end database and mainframe validation

- Supporting Telecom Release Process including automated regression and performance testing

- Develop process and procedures for implementation and operational support of systems

- Project management & oversight; perform risk evaluation, issue management, etc.

- 24x7 production support & technical support to team and customers


Payment Terms - Monthly Net 45 Days
