Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:
• Oracle BPM (Mandatory)
• Oracle BPEL Manager
Oracle BPEL Manager:
- Trained in Oracle SOA suite comprising of Oracle BPEL Process
Manager, Oracle ESB and Oracle Rules.
- Can understand and familiar with BPEL based processes using
BPEL Process Designer.
- Understand and implement XSLT, Web service basics, such as WSDL and
SOAP and familiar with XML, XML Schema and X path.
Branding and Thought Leadership
- Participate in conferences, blog, publish white papers, conduct PoV
sessions for customers.
BPM Consulting:
- Should have a broad knowledge of BPM space and well conversant with
emerging technologies & tools in BPM Space.
- Experience in business process modeling and analysis Must
have experience in working on one or more the BPM products such as Savvion
, TIBCO iProcess , ALBPM, Lombardi, Pega , IBM WPS or Process analysis tools
such as Aris, Casewise.
- Ability to do BPM product evaluations Ability to define Process
KPIsAbility to prepare ROI analysis for BPM initiatives Experience in
business process optimization techniques
Consulting:
- Ability to conduct Consulting engagements, do requirements
gathering from customers, understand business need and articulate
solutions. Negotiation, Presentation Skills should be apt to showcase
technology depth and breadth of the organization.
- Ability to map to the right stakeholders,
multivendor/practice/party coordination.
- Proactive approach towards generating downstream business revenue
by analyzing the as is business of the customer.
- Account Mining to generate opportunities.
