  Experience 8+ years  - MUST have worked at a capacity of QA Lead which includes designing of automation frameworks, implementation & managing a team, including offshore co-ordination

2.         - Very Strong in Automation, which MUST include creation of Frameworks

3.         - Very strong on Selenium & MUST be hands on

4.         - Strong Java Skills including white box testing

5.         - Strong Web Services skills, should have used tools like JMeter

6.         - Comfortable working with Linux / Unix

7.         - Good knowledge on Database
