Position
Description:

Coordinate functional groups’ responsibilities and deliverables with respect
to process and system initiatives.
|
|||||
·
Define and gain approval for business requirements, process modeling
deliverables, project plans and charters.
|
|||||
·
Determine project cost and project timing based on scope and complexity of
the project.
|
|||||
·
Track, develop and create release calendar for project implementation.
|
|||||
·
Track each project schedule and create a project plan with input from the
cross-functional team.
|
|||||
·
Schedule, attend and record meetings notes.
|
|||||
·
Update website with all information related to the project status.
|
|||||
·
Develop and create corporate communications plans to affected customers and
stakeholders.
|
|||||
·
Manage projects in compliance with the NetApp Project Development Lifecycle and
associated deliverables to ensure the integrity and quality of project
artifacts.
|
|||||
·
Work with developers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
|

Ability to conduct user workshops, define requirements, estimate, assess and
plan projects, write use and business cases, and design workflow processes.

|||||
·
Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle, It Service
operations, business process realignment and the financial and political
elements of an IT organization.
|
|||||
·
Experience in business process re-engineering methods.
|
|||||
·
Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and utilizing project
management applications.
|
|||||
·
Strong user of Microsoft Project and Visio.
|
|||||
·
Creative approach to problem solving.
