| · A minimum of 8+ years experience in designing, developing, testing and deploying application solutions within SAP is required. SAP experience should include multiple implementation projects (minimum 2 end-to-end implementation) as well as exposure to an SAP support environment. · Strong and demonstrated knowledge of SAP Netweaver platform is required that includes knowledge of Netweaver components, toolsets, and Web Dynpro development. · Hands-on experience all stages of system development efforts, including requirement definition, design, development, testing and support · Proficient in SAP Development environment including Interfaces, Reporting, Dialog programming, User Exits, BAPIs, BADIs, Function Modules, RFCs, SmartForms, IDOCs, ALE, Performance Tuning. · Candidate should have excellent skills in SAP ABAP with Integration process · Candidates with good Functional knowledge in SAP CRMwould be preferred · Team player; always working towards win/win relationships · Self guided person able to work in a changing environment · Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability · Able to communicate effectively with team members and customers, both written and verbal especially in a onsite offshore model. |
