Job Description:

Responsibilities	Lead a team of geographically distributed developers and will work with the client to manage a large work stream.  Oversee the design, development and testing of new applications, as well as interfaces. Establish best practices and governance related to development and delivery on the program. Work with project manager and client partners to report on timelines and effort for new and continuous work Deliver training, supervision and mentoring to the software development team Document new and existing application components. Work with business in requirement collaboration.
Required Skills	Demonstrated leadership skills on large projects with successful delivery Excellent communication skills Understanding of design patterns Excellent understanding of the software development lifecycle Able to work with a team effectively Able to fully document at each phase of the SDLC Knowledge of build and release management 7+ years of .NET development 2+ years working with SharePoint 7+ years of working with SQL Server
Nice to Have Skills	Knowledge of IBM MQ Knowledge of Infrastructure practices related to SharePoint 6+ years working with SharePoint
