The need is related to the QTF, Services and Reverse Logistics (Returns) tracks. This resource needs to support only these BUs.
So he/she would work on the Orders, Agreements, Returns (RMAs) and Invoices functionality and all this works in tandem with Siebel through almost 18 integration RICEWs.
Start date is 12/14.
