Job Roles/Responsibilites	Product Management. End to End owner of the project deliverable.    Identify Risk and provide status update on a timely manner    Will work with Onsite Tech leads and Offshore team to get the work done
Skill Group	ADF, Java, J2EE, Weblogic
Must Have Skills:	Should understand the concepts of Portal/Web applications.   Good Project Management & Business Analysis skills. Risk Assessment and communicating the same with executive stakeholders Co-Ordinate with onsite Leads, Offshore Team. Co-Ordinate with PMO, QA, UAT and Dev team	Desired Skills:	Should have good domain skills on Healthcare and IT Risk Management.    Good communication skills and should have experience in communicating efficiently with the executives
Remarks (if any)	JD:  6-7 years of Experience in OIM Development , ADF, Java, J2EE, Weblogic, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Unix
