Business Analyst to support one or more Product
Managers during a project lifecycle or sustainment work. Responsibilities are
as follows:
- Supports one or more product managers with requirements analysis, data analysis and use case analysis as it pertains to Business intelligence
- Helps to elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Performs hands on data exploration using SQL and BOBJ reporting
- Continues to support the Delivery team during the design and development to ensure that the design is in line with requirements
- Reviews the BRD, attends requirement workshops and collaborates with the business to analyze the requirements and use cases, UI mockups using standard templates.
- Participates in IT and UAT testing. Serves as the central POC for issue resolution during UAT
- Creates/changes reports in UI application (BOBJ,Tableau,...) if no development is required to change underlying structure.
- Drives and guides business users on their requirements.
- Understands the data model and relates to the business requirements and the source systems
- Highly skilled in SQL
- Deep understanding of Business Intelligence and can provide inputs to the Business on KPIs that will drive the business processes
