Business Analyst to support one or more Product Managers during a project lifecycle or sustainment work. Responsibilities are as follows:
  •  
    1. Supports one or more product managers with requirements analysis, data analysis and use case analysis as it pertains to Business intelligence
    2. Helps to elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
    3. Performs hands on data exploration using SQL and BOBJ reporting
    4. Continues to support the Delivery team during the design and development to ensure that the design is in line with requirements
    5. Reviews the BRD, attends requirement workshops and collaborates with the business to analyze the requirements and use cases, UI mockups using standard templates.
    6. Participates in IT and UAT testing. Serves as the central POC for issue resolution during UAT
    7. Creates/changes reports in UI application (BOBJ,Tableau,...) if no development is required to change underlying structure.
    8. Drives and guides business users on their requirements.
    9. Understands the data model and relates to the business requirements and the source systems
    10. Highly skilled in SQL
    11. Deep understanding of Business Intelligence and can provide inputs to the Business on KPIs that will drive the business processes
