Role :Senior Support Engineer
Mandatory Technical Skills
SQL Administration : Good experience in SQL Servers database administration
(Index Tuning and performance troubleshooting). Experience in Setting up SQL
Mirroring, SQL Server 2012 Always On, SQL Replication. Familiarity with SQL Server
Reporting Services. Familiarity with Analysis Services.
Network Troubleshooting : Basic understanding and troubleshooting skills and understanding and experience in Networking concepts (TCPIP, VIP load balancing, Terminal Servers, Extranet, Firewalls, DNS , DHCP).
Windows Administration : (Windows Clustering, Virtual IP, Network shares, User Permissions, Active Directory objects, Organizational Units etc)
IIS Administration : Experience of managing web farm and web sites using IIS.
Sharepoint Administration : Experience of deployment, upgrades in sharepoint sites.
Team Foundation Administration : Experience in deploying and managing TFS instances.
Application Support : Experience of working in Application Support space. Familiarity with Incident management , Request Management and change management processes
