Expert knowledge of the following BSA practices and concepts

a) Conversion and migration
b) User interface design including navigation
c) Internal and external interfaces, feeds, batch jobs and other events
d) Full project life cycle
e) System solution models and alternatives, including IT vendor evaluations
f) Security
g) Software capabilities and limitations, e.f performance and design
h) Prototyping and use case scenarios
i) Benefits and risks of automating and changing processes * on own and shared systems
j) Translation of business rules into computer logic, tables, online approvals and maintenance schedules
k) Quality Assurance methodology and inspections
l) Thoroughly scoped functional requirements and documentation deliverables
