Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Manage the standardized reporting rhythm of published business performance metrics and divisional KPIs whenever possible

·         Provide daily decision making support in response to ad-hoc requests from the business.

• Become an SME with sales reporting and Point-of-Sale (POS) data and data sources
• Consolidate data from disconnected sources in order to provide greater analytic insight

 
Technical Requirements

·         Strong Business Objects Web Intelligence

·         Strong Business Objects

• Strong technical SQL data capabilities (Teradata, MS-SQL Server)

·         Strong product capabilities, especially Excel and Access
 

Preferred Requirements

·         Experience with Comfortable purposes

·         Experience with key 3M data systems (TAFE/TABE, StarBeam, GSDB, POSe, etc)

·         Experience with 3M’s key data sources (Teradata, GEDW, HANA, BW, SQL Server, etc)

• SAP experience, or experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system

 
Responsibilities:

• Revises and refines systems as required.
• Participates in the devising of project timelines, implementation design specifications, system flow diagrams, documentation. 
• Involved in testing and ongoing support of business systems.
• Develops and maintains operational and system level documentation. 
• Must be able to apply SDLC concepts and have a proven track record of delivering solid, robust applications.
