ROLE: Associate Consultant SAP BASIS
LOCATION: Dublin-Ohio
DURATION: 6+months
EXPERIENCE: 8+ years
Job Description:
Key skills required for the job are:
• SAP BASIS (Mandatory)
• SAP Basis OSDB Migration
SAP BASIS:
- Must have good understating of SAP architecture and
its tiers (3 tier architecture).
- Knowledge of various types of data
(customization, workbenchetc) in SAP system.
- Should be able to provide level 1 support to
the users of SAP in terms of understanding the requirement and determining
area of basis administration it pertains to.
- Ability to perform basic monitoring of system
by checking system logs.
- Good understanding and knowledge of
transport management system and ability to transport change requests.
- Conversant with service marketplace able
to browse through SAP notes for the given problem and download required
patches.
- Should be able to start/stop system with SAP
MMC or by running commands on Unix.
- Should have at least 0 - 2 year of SAP experience in basis administration.
Experience in database
and OS administration
would beadded advantage.
Mandatory Skills: SAP
BASIS .
Desirable Skills: SAP Basis OSDB Migration.
