is seeking candidates for TIBCO Spotfire Developer (remote) for a 3-6 month
contract with a large national account. The TIBCO Spotfire
Developer will assess the needs and requirements of the customer, document,
open up the required data sources, create info links, develop, etc. and enable
the end users to work with the data in the Spotfire.
Responsibilities:
· Perform
event and time based scheduling of TIBCO SpotFire Reports and Dashboards
· Share
and follow the best practices in the areas of reporting, modeling and
dashboards.
· Diagnose
and solve technical problems related to Report building.
· Optimize
reports and TIBCO SpotFire data files for performance
· Provide
inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation.
· Development
of TIBCO SpotFire reports and Dashboards
· Schedule
reports for delivery through email in various formats.
Required
Skills:
· Minimum
7 years of TIBCO Spotfire experience, (creating sophisticated visualizations,
calculated columns, custom expressions etc)
· Minimum
7 years of Information Management or Technology experience
· Good
customer facing skills, is able to understand business issues quickly and
translate these into solutions on the Spotfire platform
· Experience
with extracting and combining different data sources, different databases and
data warehouses
