Oracle OLFM Functional Consultant (Oracle Lease and Finance Management)

Duration : 12 months

Location : Toronto , Canada

Mandatory Skills:

·       We need an experienced Oracle Financials Functional consultant with:

·       R12 Experience

·       Oracle Lease & Finance Management (OLFM) experience is a must

·       Proficient in the combination of modules OLFM/AR/AP/GL/FA.

·       Functional consultant / domain Accounting background is a must.

·       Deep expertise in setting up and troubleshooting OLFM (11i & R12)

·       2+ implementations or upgrades is a must with at least 1 Release12 implementation or upgrade including OLFM.

·       Understanding of Multi-Org Access Control, Sub-Ledger Architecture (SLA), & Legal Entity infrastructure

Secondary Skills: Financial Services industry experience is a plus.

Duties:
Successful candidate should have a solid career progression track record of 7-10+ years in IT and at least 3-4+ years with Oracle EBS, E-Business Suite Financials and Accounting modules. The candidate should be a leader, a strong communicator, both written and verbally, and have experience and skills in configuration, customization, implementation, support, interfaces, design, integration, maintenance and upgrades to the Oracle EBS Financials Business Suite of products wearing a OLM/OLFM Subject matter Expert (SME) hat. Preference is for candidates who have at least 3 or more Oracle EBS implementation projects under their belts.

As a lead team member, the candidate must be able to lead user meetings, lead process improvement, gather requirements, perform roles across the full SDLC process, develop business cases, perform cost/benefits analysis for new or enhancements projects and articulate it to IT and user management for approval related to OLFM and related modules. They will also interface with vendors, and maintain and resolve OLFM issues and compliance

2.  Network Socket level programming is another significant skillset they are looking for

3. Ideally both Java and python should be known - however as we are looking for WIFI domain expertise with network socket programming experience (EITHER one of JAVA or PYTHON might suffice)

4. Android SDK development experience  

5. Testing QA experience - including writing test plans/test-cases - in mobility testing (preferably android connectivity testing related)
